How's my Hair? is licensed to you, not sold. You're granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Mac you own or control. You may not distribute, reverse engineer, or modify the app.
How's my Hair? is free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden costs. That could change for future versions, but any existing free version stays free.
How's my Hair? relies on APIs provided by Apple, including AVFoundation and system camera frameworks. Weddle Company Limited Co. makes no guarantee that the app will function correctly on every device or every version of macOS.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Weddle Company Limited Co. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weddle Company Limited Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use How's my Hair?, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
You agree not to use How's my Hair? in any way that violates applicable law or regulation, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the proper functioning of the app or any related systems. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
The app accesses your camera solely to display a live mirror on screen. I don't record, store, or transmit your camera feed. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
If you submit feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions, you grant Weddle Company Limited Co. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose. You retain no intellectual property rights over feedback you submit.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
